When making an online purchase from Kion, you agree to pay for the contents of your Kion shopping cart, including the shipping cost and any applicable taxes. The total amount due is clearly displayed on the cart check out page and indicated next to ‘Total.’ The total amount due will be debited from your method of payment as soon as the ‘Place Order’ button is clicked.
Subscription Purchases (automatically recurring billing)
When purchasing a product subscription from Kion, you understand that you are enrolling in a subscription plan, automatically billed each future month on or about the same date as the original subscription order date until you cancel your subscription. Future orders will be shipped to you without any further action by you. All future orders will include the same products as the subscription portion of your original order, unless you change your subscription or we discontinue a product. Kion will charge the future monthly payments to the same method of payment used for the first subscription order (credit or debit card).
You understand that you must cancel your subscription to stop future orders. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Kion customer service at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled subscription payment. Every effort will be made to accommodate cancelation requests of less than 48 hours’ notice but cannot be guaranteed.

If you’re trying one of our supplements for the first time, and are not satisfied with either the product or your results, don’t worry about return shipping. Just let us know why you’re dissatisfied, and we’ll issue you a full refund less shipping. If it was a single item purchase, keep it! If it was a bundle order, then we’ll cover the return shipping.
Refunds on orders of multiple bottles, books or apparel purchases require that you return the unused product and use a shipping service that provides delivery confirmation (ex., tracking number). The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have confirmation that your return is on the way, we’ll give you a full refund less your original shipping cost. Kion is not responsible for missing, damaged or stolen packages via couriers- for these kinds of issues, Kion will manage refunds and replacements on a case by case basis.
