Here are some frequently asked questions.

How long after eating food should I wait to take Flex?

Take Kion Flex on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes prior to eating a meal for optimal absorption.

Can I take another curcumin supplement along with Flex?

Kion Flex does not contain curcuminm, it contains Turmacin ®, which are turmerosaccharides, polysaccharides of turmeric. This is a different substance than curcuminoids. So yes, you can combine another curcumin supplement with Kion Flex!

Why is Maltodextrin in this formula?

Maltodextrin is not a main ingredient in the Kion Flex formula. It is used as a carrier in the extraction process of the main ingredients, and is one of the most benign options available. We took great care in selecting the carrier used in Kion Flex, taking into consideration the health of our customers and cost of the product. Additionally, carriers are not normally required to be added to product labels, as they typically show up in trace, immeasurable amounts in the final product. However, in an effort to be as transparent as possible, we included Maltodextrin on the final label of Kion Flex.

Do the proteolytic enzymes work as digestive enzymes?

The amount of enzymes in on serving of Flex is not enough to support digestion of a normal amount of food. On the contrary, Flex is meant to be taken on an empty stomach so that the enzymes are not diverted to food, and instead to break down molecules that cause pain, soreness, swelling, and joint discomfort.
