Just let us know why you’re dissatisfied, and we’ll issue you a full refund less shipping. You don't have to return the bottle to us.
Refunds on orders of multiple bottles, books or apparel purchases require that you return the unused product and use a shipping service that provides delivery confirmation (ex., tracking number). The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have confirmation that your return is on the way, we’ll give you a full refund less your original shipping cost. Kion is not responsible for missing, damaged or stolen packages as a result of a mistake by the courier or the customer (ie. submitting wrong address). For these kinds of issues, Kion will manage refunds and replacements on a case by case basis.
