    Great book! I am using it for my running and can’t wait to see results! I’m in my LOW 60’s, running trail and road races but haven’t improved in a long time. Now I am ready to rock and roll, get faster and recover fully. This book has shown me I have so much room for improvement!

    Many of the other health books I’ve read are written more for someone with an existing health condition(s). I’m in my late 20’s and don’t have any ailments and love fitness so I do not exactly fall into that category of reader. This book has gotten me so fired up about my training as I continue to put these stellar ideas into practice. This book is awesome for taking things to the highest levels of performance!

    I absolutely loved this book. Ben is a brilliant writer – the book is jam-packed with useful information for anyone who is trying to take their performance to the next level. He is excellent at taking dense, difficult concepts and turning them into digestible information for anyone. This book has inspired me to change my workouts and my lifestyle to see how I can best optimize every aspect of my life. His podcasts and products are just as awesome as this book (love Kion Aminos!), and I wholeheartedly recommend this book to anyone looking to delve a little deeper into the world of optimizing fitness performance.     This book is chockful of pertinent and life-changing information. It covers all aspects of what it takes to live a healthy, fit, and satisfied life by going into intense detail about how to nourish the body properly, the fundamentals of exercising and recovery, and more. This is one needs to feel like they take on each day with vigor and a healthy body and mind.

    5 Stars! This book is a MUST HAVE for anyone interested in optimizing their workouts, nutrition, and recovery. Ben goes deep into the science behind different health strategies to help you perform at your best. I bought the book and the audiobook too to help me get through this encyclopedia of health and endurance. Highly recommend!
